Kalibi Volleyball Ladies have been crowned champions of the 2025 Greater Accra Volleyball Association (GAVA) league following an emphatic win over Ghana National Fire Service.
Kalibi Volleyball Ladies recorded a 3-0 straight set win over the Fire Service team on Sunday, October 19, at the CYCC Court in Kawukudi to claim this season's regional title.
The eventual champions had a strong start to the game which led to them recording a 25-11 score against their opponent in the first set.
The second set was quite competitive but Kibali Volleyball Ladies were able to overcome the challenge of the Fire Service team claiming a 25-18 score before taking charge of the third set with a 25-16 score to secure the league title.
Kibali Volleyball Ladies suffered only one defeat in the 30 games league.
