There are reports of renewed clashes between Konkomba and Bimoba tribes in Timbale in the Northern Region.
Reports indicate that the latest clash resulted from controversy over a parcel of land.
Security officials have dispatched a team of police and military personnel to the area to deal with the situation.
A resident told Joy News they could hear sporadic gun shots within the area, forcing many of them to stay indoors.
More soon.
