Free agent striker Kwame Kizito has left the door open for a return to Hearts of Oak after terminating his contract with Libyan side Al Ittihad.
Kizito left the Phobians in 2017 following the expiration of his contract leaving fans of the club aggrieved because the club did not make any financial gain from his move.
The lanky forward enjoyed a good final season before his departure endearing himself to the supporters of the Oak club.
Despite the frosty relationship between the player and the fans, he admits he has "so much" love for the club and would return if the right agreement is made.
"I’m still hoping for the best whether out there or playing in the Ghana Premier League. I’m just waiting for the best to see what happens," Kizito told Joy Sports.
"Hearts of Oak is my team, I really love Hearts so if they bring an offer which is very good for me and my manager accepts it or my agent accepts it I don't have any choice but go back and join them.”
The 22-year-old hitman scored seven goals in his 12 appearances AL Ittihad and helped them to win the Libyan Cup, but due to political turmoil in the country cancelled his deal with the club.
His two goals were also key as the Black Stars 'B' side won the 2017 WAFU Cup of Nations title in Cape Coast.
