Leaders have been asked to subdue themselves before their subordinates and not lord over them.
"Leaders need to serve the children and their subordinates and set good examples. This would inspire the children and the subordinates to learn such examples"
Bishop James Ellegbe, Chairman of International Crusaders Fellowship was delivering a sermon in Accra on Sunday at a thanksgiving service held by the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star Church following the visit of their Spiritual Leader to Ghana.
According to Bishop Ellegbe, no one should see himself as being superior than his fellow brother.
"No one is bigger than anybody else because we are all equal in the eyes of the lord" He said.
Bishop Ellegbe said it was important for Christians to love one another and not develop hatred for their fellow human beings.
"Politics belong to season but love is from God so you must learn to work, play and do everything together irrespective of your political affiliation or difference in views and opinions" Bishop Ellegbe added.
He urged the congregation to sacrifice themselves for God's work and not excuse themselves from duty.
