Very Reverend John Wilmot Baiden, Superintendent Minister of Methodist Church, Tepa Circuit, has called on people in leadership position to be humble to serve the people.
He said humility was the key to success in life therefore people in responsible position should endeavour to emulate this virtue.
Very Rev. Baiden made the call when delivering a farewell sermon at Wesley Methodist Church at Tepa-Ashanti after four years duty tour.
He has been transferred to Nkawkaw Circuit of the Church.
Very Rev. Baiden who is also Chairman of Board of Directors of Ahafo Ano North District Mutual Health Insurance Scheme, said many people begun life in humble way and made a lot of achievements when they became leaders.
Mr Daniel Kyei, Tepa Circuit Steward of the Church commended Very Rev. Baiden for the achievements in the church during his tenure of office.
These include registration of Tepa Chapel for marriage, renovation of the church building, erection of a fence wall, training of 12 local preachers, purchase of a Toyota Hillux pick-up, completion of the church manse and establishment of boys and girls brigade.
