Reports reaching Nhyira FM from the Sekyere Central District of the Ashanti Region say a palace linguist has murdered his nephew at Nsuta-Kyebi.
Okyeame Topa allegedly shot and killed Sunkwa in the bush earlier today, Tuesday February 14, 2012, on suspicion that he had set his cocoa farm ablaze.
The murder suspect is said to have rushed home with the victim’s mobile phone to make a report at the palace.
Police have confirmed the incident to Nhyira FM’s correspondent in Sekyere Central, Nana Boateng.
At the time of filing the report, the police were yet to pick the suspect up.
