The local Black Stars squad beat former Premier League side Great Olympics 4-1 in a friendly match on Wednesday.
The match was in preparation towards Sunday's African Nations Championship first leg final round qualifier against Nigeria.
Liberty Professionals striker grabbed a brace in the first half and one each from Kotoko duo Eric Bekoe and Kwadwo Poku.
It was Bekoe who opened the scoring after a quarter of an hour when he was put through by Francis Coffie.
Antwi slotted in the second from a goal-mouth melee and added a third before the first half when he lobbed the ball over the Olympics goalie.
Head coach Milovan Rajevac fielded an entirely new set in the second half and Kwadwo Poku sealed the win.
Ismaila Idrissu got the consolation for Great Olympics which were plunged from the elite division last season.
