The death is reported of Lieutenant Colonel J.H. Blood-Dzraku (Rtd), a former Director of the Armed Forces Public Relations Directorate.A statement signed by Lieutenant Colonel E. Aggrey-Quashie of the Public Relations Directorate of the Ghana Armed Forces, said Lt. Col. Blood-Dzraku, 63, died on December 23, 2012 at the 37 Military Hospital after a short illness.The late Lt. Col. Blood-Dzraku was a Director of the Armed Forces Public Relations from 1998 to 2000.Burial and funeral arrangements would be communicated later.
