Real estate firm, Manet Group is hoping to capture the number one spot in the industry even as it explores other areas to venture into.
The group currently comprises a real estate firm, a three-star hotel, a civil engineering and construction firm and lately commercial office properties.
Chief Executive of the group, Dr. Theresa Oppong-Beeko told Joy Business she is hopeful the new addition would propel the group.
“I’ve always been Number Two and I hate being Number Two, I want to be Number One,” she said.
The Manet boss was speaking to Joy Business at the commissioning of a 22-million dollar twin office complex at the Airport city.
One of the towers currently houses the Headquarters of UT Bank while Vodafone is said to be preparing to soon take occupancy of the other.
