The Ministry of Education, Science and Sports (MESS) on behalf of the government and people of Ghana has sent its congratulations to the National Under-17 team, the Black Starlets for the 4-1 victory over Trinidad and Tobago in their opening game of the Federation International Football Association (FIFA) Under-17 World Cup tournament underway in South Korea. A statement signed by the sector Minister, Professor Dominic K.
