Multi TV with the support of one of its dealers, Friedstel Ventures has installed two Multi TV digi-boxes for the Kwame Nkrumah University Hospital in Kumasi, free of charge.
The boxes have been installed at both the Childrens’ Ward and the Out Patient Department of the hospital.
They have come as a relief, bringing smiles onto faces of patients to the facility, who spend several hours in queue.
Chief Executive of Friedstel Ventures, Tieku Osei-Hwedie was joined by the Business Manager of the Multimedia Group Kumasi Division, James Aglah for the presentation.
According to Mr. Osei-Hwedie, the decision to choose KNUST Hospital was informed by its proximity.
He revealed two more boxes are expected to be installed at the Female and Male wards of the hospital whilst efforts are being made to reach out to other institutions as part of the social responsibility drive.
Matron of the KNUST Hospital, Getrude Adarkwa who received the boxes on behalf of the hospital commended Multi Tv for the gesture.
