Mr Isaac Kodobisah, Ho Municipal Chief Executive, has said the National Democratic Congress (NDC) would, by election time in 2012, be distinctly branded as a political party of action to make it sweep the polls without hassle.
He said promises made by the Party on political platforms were no flukes and would be delivered with time.
Mr Kodobisah was speaking at the inauguration of toilet-urinary-bathhouse complex and security lights for the Ho Central Market worth about 19,000 Ghana Cedis.
He said sod-cuttings and inauguration of projects were not fanfares but necessary.
