Organisers for the 2014 edition of the Joy FM Big Workout have announced a new venue for the event.
The event with comes off this Saturday, February 8, will now take place at the Accra Sports Stadium car park, opposite Access Bank from 6am to 10am.
The Big Workout which is organised every quarter, to promote good health by bringing together corporate workers, students and identifiable groups to exercise the body and shed the excess weight.
Organisations that have confirmed their participation in this year's Big Workout include Calbank, Unique insurance, Coca-Cola, and Energy Bank.
The rest are CDH Group, Bond Financial Services, Multiple Concepts among many others.
The Joy Fm Big Workout is supported by Aviation Social Center and Joy Sports.
