The Cape Coast Police have proffered a provisional charge of murder against a Nigerian couple arrested with mutilated body parts.Alhaji Bello and his wife, Fawziatu, were arrested last week at Amosima near Cape Coast for possessing.They have been remanded in police custody to reappear on September 22.Central Regional Police Commander, District Commissioner of Police (DCOP) Andoh Coffie, told Joy News investigations are continuing.
