Nigerian singer, Oxlade, has finally opened up after an alleged sex tape involving him went viral.
In a post on Twitter, the musician apologised to the young lady who was seen with him in the video.
Oxlade stated that the young woman did not deserve this type of exposure she’s been forced to deal with.
He noted that he is not one to put his private business out, hence it is unfortunate things turned out the way they have.
Oxlade went viral on social media on February 9, after a video purporting to be the Afrobeats singer, known in real life as Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, supposedly having sex with a lady broke the internet.
The alleged tape, which was reportedly leaked on Snapchat, made its way onto the micro-blogging site shortly after which it went viral on Tuesday night.

Meanwhile, Oxlade in his post wrote that “betrayals are very real” suggesting someone in his circles might have circulated the tape without his consent.
He also apologised to his fans and followers.
