Old Mutual Life Assurance Company, a key player in the life insurance business in Ghana, has rewarded its top performing financial advisors for the financial year 2016 at a plush event held in Accra.
The event, which is organised annually is part of Old Mutual’s commitment to reward performance and motivate employees towards delivering excellent service to its customers.
A total of 22 awards were presented to the deserving winners who worked tirelessly in 2016 to help Old Mutual achieve its business objectives. The top performing financial advisor for the retail category was Mr. Matthias Agbobli Whilst Mr Kelvin Appiah won the award for top performing financial advisor for the bancassurance category.

Ten of the award recipients were recognised with a fully paid trip to Cape Town. Three other winners were also recognised with a fully paid trip to Cancun, Mexico and New York, USA. Cash prizes amounting to GHC 66,000 were awarded at the event.

The accolades are awarded by the internationally renowned Top Employer Institute headquartered in the Netherlands.
