Coach Milovan Rajevac has handed late call-ups to youth internationals Ransford Osei and Jonathan Mensah completing his final squad for next month's African Cup of Nations in Angola.
The duo will replace John Painstil and John Mensah who missed the tournament due to injuries.
FC Twente striker Osei replaced Derek Boateng whose late invitation to take the place of John Painstil was rejected by his Getafe coach.
He scored four goals during the Fifa Under-20 World Cup which helped Ghana to win gold but emerged top-scorer at the African Championship in early February.
Mensah was a typified member in the Black Satellites backline that beat Brazil on penalties to win the tournament.
He fits the central defensive role like a glove in the absence of Sunderland defender John Mensah who has been sidelined due to hamstring injury.
Their inclusions increase the rank of Under-20 players to eight for the biggest showpiece on the continent.
This completes Ghana's final 23-man squad for the African Cup of Nations and the list will be submitted to Caf on Friday.
Ghana are in Group B and play Togo on 11 January before matches against Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso.
