One side of the road up the hills at Aburi in the Eastern region is closed to traffic.
Motorists would have to make do with the other lane in and out of the town. Frustration can build as the traffic builds up. But one reckless move is dangerous.

Why would anyone consider overtaking on top of the hills at Aburi and close to a gas tanker?
