His Excellency President John Evans Atta Mills has, in accordance with the Constitution, set up a Committee of Enquiry to investigate the fire outbreak at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration on Wednesday, October 21, 2009.The Committee is made up of:
- Mr. K. Twum Boafo - Twum Boafo & Associates
- Mr. Ken Dzirasah - One-time First Deputy Speaker of Parliament
- Dr. Don Arthur - Office of the President
- Mr. Robert Ayalingo - Assistant Commissioner of Police
- Mr. K.A. Attobra - Assistant Chief Fire Officer
- Alhaji Ziblim Yakubu - Ministry of Water Resources, Works & Housing
- Mr. Morgan Brown - Ministry of Foreign Affairs
