A retired Judge of the Supreme Court, Prof Justice A. K. P. Kludze has died.
Justice Kludze is reported to have died Sunday, October 6, 2013 at the Hohoe Government Hospital, in his home region of Volta.
A source told Myjoyonline.com that the late Emeritus Professor of Law recently returned from a trip abroad and complained of Malaria.
Following a quick deterioration of the condition he was sent to the hospital where he died Sunday.
The source said his body has been moved to the capital, Accra.
