Ghanaian businesses and institutions have an opportunity to conduct market surveys, SMS push and pull and voice message services in any language all using mobile phone.
The new software platform, dubbed ‘PROMOBILE’, has been launched by Promustard Solutions Ghana, a local enterprise software solutions provider, targeting business entities, NGOs, government and research organizations.
“We believe great consumer insights can inspire powerful product ideas, and ultimately winning concepts and successful innovations. These help clients to transform insights into their competitive advantage”, says General Manager, Emmanuel Addae.
The platform can also be used to undertake marketing research, client feedback and other related surveys.
Managing Partner, Daniel Antwi, is confident the product can change business dynamics in the country.
“With a mobile handset, businesses and organizations of all kinds can now send text or recorded voice messages in any languages to their clients”, he explained. “Organizations who require feedback from their clients can also use the platform. This is where questions are sent in any language to clients on their mobile phones for them to respond. Afterwards, we retrieve all the data response and plot them into a chart. This is a great tool for businesses to get first hand and immediate response for their customers”.
