Charges of misconduct has been handed against Real Tamale United by the Disciplinary Committee for actions by two officials, fans and a player. Abu Nurudeen CEO of RTU, team manager of the club Umar Farouk and Hassan Mohammed a player all have single charges against their names while fans of the team were handed three counts. The incidents of violence occurred during their Glo Premier League match against Medeama on Sunday, October 28, 2012 in Tamale during match-day-5. Disciplinary proceedings will commence against RTU on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 3:00pm.
