A week long intensive seminar on ‘Total Customer Insight’ has been held in Johannesburg South Africa.
The seminar was to inculcate in the service providers good customer practices and appreciate the worth of customers.
Three employees of Movie House Plaza, a private Movie Entertainment Centre that shows all categories of movies for private viewing attended the seminar and told Myjoyonline.com the seminar has in no small way improved the provision of services to customers.
Marketing Manager, Dorcas Crentsil, Finance Manager, Joshua Amoo-Osae and Human Resource Manager, Peace Fafa Nutsutse who attended the seminar believe customers of Movie House Plaza (MHP)will enjoy better services.
With the Christmas season already beckoning the workers promise movie lovers who troop to their Kokomlemle venue a variety of entertaining movies to wet their Christmas apetite.
The Operations Manager of the company Miss Semenyo Safo said the seminar outside the country was also to give the staff an international exposure since there was the fervent need as a company to think global and act local.
