Ghanaian music star Kweku Flick has expressed appreciation to dancehall artiste Shatta Wale for introducing him to the business and investment opportunities available to him as a musician.
In an exclusive interview with NY DJ on BTM Afrika, Kweku Flick, who recently released a new single, 'Fire', featuring rap star Sarkodie, revealed how instrumental the 'Already' hitmaker has been to his career.
He said, "Big shout-out to Shatta Wale. He introduced me to the game. I won't be silent about that. He introduced me to the music scene. He exposed me to the business side of the music. But for him, I might have been found wanting with my finances."
Explaining how Shatta Wale exposed him to the business side of music, he responded, saying, "Aside from the music, Shatta Wale directed me on how I could venture into other businesses and invest my money. We met a couple of times, but on all such occasions, he hammered on those pieces of advice."
