Deborah Seyram Adablah, the former national service person at the centre of a high-profile legal dispute with her banker ex-lover after their sexual relationship turned sour, has resurfaced on social media following her release from a 45-day prison sentence.
She was jailed on May 6, 2025, for contempt of court after posting disparaging remarks about judges handling her case.
She first gained notoriety when she initiated legal proceedings against her ‘sugar daddy’, Ernest Kwasi Nimako, claiming he had failed to uphold several promises made during their relationship.
Among her demands were significant financial compensation and the ownership of a Honda Civic, which she alleged was a gift from him.
The judge’s decision to issue a bench warrant for her arrest came after her remarks were played in open court, highlighting her contentious relationship with the legal process.
After completing her sentence, Adablah posted a defiant video on her social media platforms on June 19, 2025, announcing her return.
In the clip, she confidently proclaimed, "Back like I never left. I am back. All of you will go on low battery. You said I don’t look like I’ve been in prison, right? Oh my God! God is the greatest, and I will be back."
This bold statement has quickly captured the attention of social media users, igniting a whirlwind of reactions.
While some commenters criticised her for what they perceived as a lack of remorse, others expressed concern for her mental well-being, suggesting that she might benefit from psychological support.
