Silver Star Auto Ltd (SSAL) has rewarded its loyal Customers as part of activities to celebrate the introduction of the next generation of Mercedes-Benz Actros and Aroc vehicles.
The loyal customers: Accra Brewery Ltd, Bank of Ghana, Vehrad Transport & Haulage and K. Ofori Company Ltd who are known to have purchased Actros trucks over the years were presented with special awards to acknowledge their loyalty.
General Manager, Commercial Vehicle Sales at SSAL, Mustafa Kalmoni, who made the presentation said as the Industry enters into a new dimension in trucking, rewarding customers who have invested a lot in the purchase of trucks is a step in the right direction.
Many of the representatives of the companies who received the award in an interview with the media commended Silver Star Auto for acknowledging investment in the industry and praised the Mercedes-Benz Actros for its reliability and efficiency.
Chief Executive Officer of SSAL, Mr Nouhad Kalmoni said the awards aimed at demonstrating an unwavering perseverance and commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction in a competitive market.
“Even more important is the fact that as we are celebrating the next generation of Mercedes-Benz Actros trucks, stakeholders whose investment/purchase has ensured the trucks remain operationally profitable deserves commendation” he explained.
Mr Kalmoni assured on behalf of the leading automobile dealer to continue to reward loyal customers and urged the industry to continue patronizing SSAL's products which include Mercedes-Benz, Suzuki, Energizer Automotive Batteries, Automobile Oil and Lubricants from Motul and Poweroil.
