Six passengers died on the spot, while several others sustained injuries, when two Benz vehicles collided at Dabala near Sogakope on the Accra-Aflao highway Wednesday morning.The accident occurred when a Benz 401, with registration number GE2585 Y, reportedly veered off its lane and collided with a Benz Sprinter bus, with registration number GS5184 -12.According to the Public Relations Officer of the Ghana Police Service (Volta Region), Mr Joy Afadgbedzi, the police had not been able to identify the dead because their bodies were mutilated.Meanwhile, the bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the Sogakope Hospital mortuary, while the injured are receiving treatment at the same hospital.
