President Mahama has congratulated Uhuru Kenyatta for emerging winner of Kenya's elections.

Your Excellency,
On the occasion of the successful conclusion of the general elections in Kenya and the declaration of Your Excellency as President-elect by the Electoral Commission, I wish, on behalf of the Government and people of Ghana, to extend to Your Excellency and the people of the Republic of Kenya our sincere and warm
congratulations.
It is my conviction that, through the conduct of this fair and transparent electoral process, the people of Kenya have chalked a significant victory and have served notice of their determination to enjoy the benefits of democracy, peace and development.
I am also confident that the friendly relations existing between our
two countries will continue to witness further strengthening in the years ahead.
While wishing you every success in the discharge of your responsibilities, please accept, Your Excellency, my best wishes for your personal wellbeing and for the progress and prosperity of the people of the Republic of Kenya.
