When the lack of hospital beds resulted in a delayed surgery for Racheal and Peter’s son, causing permanent disability, they channeled the pain, disappointment and anger into an avenue to help other parents and children.
Their son, who is unable to walk now, has become part of this new driver. Here’s their story by JoyNews' Hannah Odame.
