Former Asante Kotoko striker Ben Acheampong won his first trophy as Petro Atletico won the 2013 Angolan Super Cup on Saturday. Petro Atletico, 2012 Angolan FA Cup champions drew 1-1 with league champions CRD Libolo on the road to triumph 2-1 on aggregate. Acheampong, 22, created the assists which helped score both goals in the two-legged tie. "I am very happy for this victory. It is not easy joining a team and winning two titles in three weeks," Acheampong told Joy Sports. "This is the beginning of many more victories to come. I will want to win this year’s league with Petro Atletico and also hope to finish the season as the top scorer." Acheampong joined the Angolan club side from Asante Kotoko last month.
