The Multimedia Group has secured four highly coveted awards at the 5th Ghana Media and Entrepreneurship Awards 2025, hosted at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.
This achievement shows the group's ability to convey messages, create desire, and connect with its audiences, while also making a positive impact on society at large.
The Ghana Media and Entrepreneurship Awards 2025, one of the most prestigious accolades in the marketing and media industry, is a benchmark for outstanding achievements in these fields.
On the 17th of August, at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, Joyprime Morning Show took home the most coveted award of the night— TV Program of the Year.
This recognition affirms the Channel's vision to become a world-class TV Show in Africa.
Additionally, Merqury Quaye won Big, The Creative Art Personality of the Year and The Honorary Award for consistently hosting the Ghana DJ Awards for over 10 years and also the Founding Father of the Event since 2013.
Cruise Control" is a popular drive-time radio show on Ghana's Hitz 103.9 FM radio station, hosted by Merqury Quaye. The show airs weekdays from 4 pm to 7 pm, and features a mix of lifestyle content and listener engagement, winning the Big Radio Programme of the Year
That’s not all, Asempa FM, the group's Akan-speaking radio station, was also celebrated. Its flagship Ladies sports programme, Ladies Time, was adjudged the Radio Sports Show of the Year, and its Host, Fire Lady winning Female Sports Journalist of the Year.
Joynews Becky" refers to Rebecca Tweneboah Darko, a prominent Ghanaian entertainment journalist, TV presenter, and producer who works for Joynews and the wider Multimedia Group, wins Media Personality and TV Personality of the Year.

The Motivator" is the public name for Mauvie Hayford, Joyprime television host, who won Entertainment Personality (Television Category) of the Year to round up the team's accolades on the night.
