Management and staff of Groupe Ideal, shared their Valentine’s joy with the children of two orphanages in Greater Accra and Eastern Regions.
The staff of the fast-growing institution with over 13 subsidiaries in Ghana, celebrated the day in the most spectacular way by spending some time with children of the Osudoku Global Orphanage at Akuse in the Eastern Region and the Child Protection Center in Ashaiman in Accra.
Numbering over a 100, the staff and management of Groupe Ideal led by Executive Director of Ideal Trade, one of the subsidiaries, Mrs. Selssie Dzani, donated cash, assorted food items, toiletries, clothes, bags and toys to the various institutions.
In her address, Mrs. Dzani said: “As February 14 is celebrated across the country with many people exchanging cards, candy, gifts or flowers with their special Valentine, we at Groupe Ideal are committed to giving back to the society specifically to aid the less privileged.”

“We are more than glad to share our love with these children on this Val’s Day. For us it is also a privilege to encourage and interact with these children to learn more about them, know their needs, identify their strengths and weaknesses to know what possible assistance to give them periodically.”
She said the employees’ interaction formed part of Groupe Ideal’s corporate social responsibility initiative to aid underprivileged children.
The guardians of the homes, David Hanson of Osudoku Global Orphanage and Mr. Francis Adzraku of Child Protection Centre, expressed profound joy and expressed appreciation to Groupe Ideal for the gesture.
Groupe Ideal has committed to assisting the needy and pledged to continue to show profound love all year round.
