She or he must come out of the store feeling special,” he added.The Vlisco store has a number of unique features designed to showcase the brand’s quality of inspiration and creative works of art. The white backdrop and floors, according to officials of the company, are meant to bring to life the colourful and creative designs of Vlisco. “At the centre of the store is a stage where the spotlight will be on our latest product innovations, trends or collaborations,” Erik revealed.He said the company decided on this retail concept because “Vlisco is quite comfortable and confident of Ghana’s democratic environment which is encouraging business development.”Again, he noted that “Accra is one of the most bustling cosmopolitan cities in Africa where shopping malls are re-defining the retail landscape.”
