WA All Stars claimed their second domestic silverware in the space of four months as they defeated Bechem United 1-0 to win the Ghana Super Cup for the first time in the team’s history.
The League Champions made the most of their early dominance and were duly rewarded after six minutes with attacker Emmanuel Ocran finding the back of the net.
The score remain unchanged for the rest of the game but that did not go without a battling effort from Bechem United who huffed and puffed to restore parity.

The FA cup champions were let down by some poor finishing with striker Ahmed Toure the visible culprit.
The game restored the trend of league champions winning the trophy after Medeama, who won the FA Cup last year, beat then league champions Ashantigold by the same margin last year.
The league begins in a fortnight time with all 16 teams scheduled to play a gala for two days this weekend.
