His arrival has coincided with the first back to back wins for the Phobians which saw Hearts beat Bechem in Accra and Ashantigold in Obuasi.
And ahead of their tie against Elmina Sharks, he is promising the fans of an even better performance.
“We are playing Elmina Sharks this Sunday and it will be a tough game but from the way we have been preparing for the game, I am confident we will take all the three points from Sharks,” Cobbinah told accraheartsofoaksc.com
“I want to tell the fans that they should come to the stadium in their numbers and I am assuring them that we are giving them the three points. It’s a nine-point game for us, we have got six, and we are going all out for the final three, so that we can give the fans a good Easter bonus.”
Hearts currently lie 5th on the league log.
