Hearts of Lions coach Yusif Abubakar Is hopeful of escaping relegation despite his side's dangerous position on the First Capital Premier League log.
The Kpando-based side find themselves in the relegation zone after a string of unconvincing results in the second round. They lie 14th with 34 points but coach Abubakar is confident of a return to top flight football next season.
“I believe apart from BA United any team can go on relegation and so is my team,” he told Joy Sports
“Every team is struggling to beat the drop and that is our objective and I believe we will do that. We can only escape relegation under one condition, which is only if there is fair play but if that is not taken care of then I believe some people will be working for other clubs."
“I’m hopeful of beating the drop and we will work hard to ensure it becomes a reality.”
