Zipnet, the leading wireless broadband Internet and Data Communication service provider in Ghana, has opened a new state-of-the-art sales and customer care center on the ground floor of the new Stanbic Heights (Icon House) building, Airport City in Accra.
Mr. Emmanuel Mensah-Baah who is Zipnet’s Executive Director for Strategy and Marketing explained “The center has been opened to serve both enterprise and residential clients of Zipnet.
The strategic location of the new center is expected to provide ease and convenience for existing and prospective clients to subscribe and make payments for Zipnet’s unlimited, reliable and affordable internet services and other IP services.
Speaking on Zipnet award of Internet Service Provider of the Year and ICT Company of the Year, at the 2014 Ghana Telecom Awards, Mr Mensah-Baah said the Zipnet aims to extend its portfolio of ICT service to offer quadruple play services of Internet, Voice, Data and Video over its IP infrastructure to homes across the country.
He said there are plans to create an experience center at its Airport City outlet for its consumer services.
He also said the company has opened a similar center in Ahodwo, Kumasi for the convenience of its Kumasi customers.
