Two more players, Solomon Asante and Jefferey Schlupp are expected to arrive later today, Joy Sports' Tony Bebli reported.
Ghana would play Uganda in the penultimate nations cup qualifier in Kampala before returning to Accra to welcome Togo.
The Stars need just a win to book a place in next year's tournament which appears to be in limbo following the withdrawal of host Morocco.
The North African country could not risk the spread of Ebola and therefore decided not to host the tournament.
With no country ready to step in, at least for now, it remains to be seen whether the tournament will go on as scheduled.
