The Zain ‘Live Your Dream Too’ (LYD) spotlight in the fifth week fell on 38-year old radio technician Martin Mensah with a whooping GHc 50,000.
The LYD wheel of fortune turned in his favour last Tuesday during the fifth weekly draw when his number popped up as the ultimate winner.
Two other lucky customers, Fatimata Yusif, a 20 year old trader from Agbogbloshie and Eyram Olympio Nortey, 28, from East Legon each won GHc 5000 for being the second and third winners respectively.
Forty others were also rewarded with Zain item such as laptops, phone and airtime.
As the owner of the winning number picked out of the database at the 5th draw, Martin was automatically entered into phase II of the LYD promotion which is the Rewards Show.
Played right in his neighbourhood in at Abeka, he was presented with a game board of 16 numbers each hiding a cash value.
Right before pressmen, family members and an enthusiastic crowd, Martin could not believe his eyes when the sum of his three magic numbers chosen on the game board amounted to the unbelievable amount GHc 50,000, the highest to be won so far in the promotion.
Overjoyed, Martin said: “I will be cautious with my spending and will take advantage of the financial advice that comes with the prize from CAL bank to ensure that the money is properly invested. This must reflect in my life and my family’s”.
The one-and-a-half-year loyal Zain customer was simply amazed at how real the promotion.
The Marketing Director of Zain Ghana Mr Oare Ojeikere said “We are out to bring a change in the lives of our valued customers. Already we have had some lucky ones winning amazing sums of money but there are more to come.”
The Zain LYD game show screens on GTV every Monday at 9:00pm and Friday at 9:30pm.It also shows TV3 on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 6:55pm and on Metro TV on Friday and Saturdays at 6:05pm and 8:00pm respectively. e.tv Ghana shows it on Saturdays and Sunday at 6:00pm.
