The first day of promotion play-off matches for teams in Zone 3 saw Nania thumped 6-1 by Inter Allies on match-day-1 on Saturday at the Baba Yara Stadium.
It wasn't the best of starts for Nania FC for their ambitions to join the Premier League.
The defeat leaves Nania at the bottom of the standings but can turn around their campaign with two more matches to come against Okwawu United and Danbort FC.
In the other fixture, Okwawu pulled a 2-1 win over Danbort at the Len Clay Stadium to go level on points with leaders - 3 apiece - Inter Allies, who top the log by a better goal difference.
The side finishes the competition on top the standings after three rounds of matches will gain promotion to the Premier League.
