Communications Minister, Dr Edward Omane Boamah has assured subscribers of a significant improvement in service quality of Telcos by the end of the year.
The minister was speaking to Joy Business at Airtel’s data center as part of his working visit to acquaint himself with how the networks operate in Ghana.
