Twelve-year-old Rakya lives with her mother and sister at Libya Quarters, a suburb of Madina.
She is the last of four daughters. Rakya is paralyzed in both legs and crawls like a baby. Her story? She was ran over by a truck when she was six. Her story is told in the documentary Broken Spine by Francisca Kakra Forson.
