The President, John Dramani Mahama has returned home from Congo Brazzaville.Mr Mahama who returned Tuesday night, was in Brazzaville to hold discussions with that country's leader, Daniel Sassou N'guesso.He also addressed a forum on infrastructure financing and the development of the African Middle Class.
