The 2019 edition of Ghana Insurance Awards came off at a spectacular ceremony on Friday night, July 26, at the plush Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel, in Accra.
The event saw over 40 players –comprising organisations and individuals- recognised for the stellar performance over the past year.

Speaking at the ceremony, Events Director, Richard Abbey Jnr, noted that the awards scheme is mainly organised to honour top class performance, professionalism and innovation across the Ghanaian insurance industry.
He added that the event aims at promoting the growth of the industry through progressive competition, innovation and adherence to the highest professional standards.

Present at the event was President of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG), Kwabenya Agyekum; CEO of Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Mark Badu-Aboagye as well as Deputy Transport Minister, Daniel Nii Kwatei Titus-Glover.
