The FIFA World Cup will arrive in Ghana on Monday morning as part of its programmed tour around the world, which is organized by Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), and in coordination with Coca Cola, the sponsoring company.
The World Cup trophy will be accompanied by Multimedia Sports presenter Kofi Asare Braako, who has been chosen by the renowned beverage company as one of its ambassadors. The magnificent trophy will be exposed to the public on Tuesday, November 27 at the Accra Conference center.
This will give consumers a once in a life-time opportunity to take pictures with the authentic World Cup Trophy, whilst renowned Brazilian percussionist group Monobloco as well as a number of local and international artistes will give entertainment at the show.
The event comes on the occasion of qualification of the Black Stars to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil following its win over Egypt last Saturday on a 7-3 aggregate .
Ghana has qualified alongside Nigeria,Algeria,Ivory Coast,Cameroon to represent Africa as a continent.
