Politicians in the country have been asked to be circumspect in their utterances, especially in their electioneering campaign to the 2008 Election.
Prophetess Grace Adu of the Peace of God Church International at Jerusalem near Akyem Achiase in the Birim South District, who made the call, also appealed to Christians to pray for a peaceful election.
She was preaching the sermon to mark the end of a three-day Christmas Convention on Wednesday, organised by the Church
Prophetess Adu asked Ghanaians to tolerant each other's views to promote peace and unity.
She advised Christians to work hard to win more souls for Christ adding, "as we celebrate the yuletide we should allow the Holy Spirit to dwell in us."Source: GNA
