With barely two days to the 8th edition of the Central Music Awards, Central Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan, has given the organisers of the event, Heritage Promotions, his support.
The Regional Minister was delighted to see young men and women who have come together for the collective good of the people of the Central Region by nurturing and encouraging talents in the music industry.
Mr Kwamena Duncan made the remarks when the Managing Director of Heritage Promotions, Francis Spio, paid a courtesy call on him.
The Minister was full of admiration for the organizers, Heritage Promotions, and urged them to go all out to sell the region through the power of music.
“It’s a great joy to see the meeting of minds like this promoting the talents of the people in the region. I will do everything to support you in this endeavor. Make every moment count towards the development of the Central region,” he encouraged.
The 8th edition of the awards show scheduled for November 30, 2019, is expected to gather thousands of patrons at the Centre for National Culture, (CNC), to be thrilled by performances from PATAPA, GERONY, ENI DE ENI, MAHARANY and some of the best musical talents in the region.
The ceremony would be hosted by the sensational and veteran broadcaster, Uncle Ato Trustworthy.
The show which started as Obama city music awards was formerly organized by Candymania Entertainment.
