Hasaacas Ladies and Sea lions Ladies were the biggest winners as Ampem Darkoa lost their unbeaten record on matchday 4 of the Ghana Women’s League.

In the Southern Zone, Police Ladies settled for a 1-1 draw with Halifax Ladies at the La McDan Town Park in Accra.
The draw was a fair result as the two teams produced an excellent performance. Juanita Aguadze gave Halifax the lead with his third strike of the season, however, the goal was cancelled out by Sophia Agyarkwa, who scored a freekick.
Elsewhere, Hasaacas Ladies recorded their second biggest win on the road as they defeated Immigration Ladies 4-0. Doris Boaduwaa scored a brace while Gifty Assifuah and Comfort Owusu grabbed a goal each in the comfortable victory.
At the Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast, Sea Lions snatched their first win of the season. They won 3-0 against Lady Strikers in the regional derby.
After a drab first half, substitute Theresa Ackon Cobbinah opened the scoring in the 67th minute. Elizabeth Owusu then scored a brace in the last five minutes to seal the victory.
Soccer Intellectuals secured a 1-0 win at home against Samaria Ladies courtesy Mary Essiful’s sublime second-half strike.

In the Northern Zone, Northern Ladies produced an impressive performance to earn a draw against Fabulous Ladies despite being involved in an accident on their way to the match.
According to reports, it was a minor collision with another truck resulting in a dent on the driver side of the team’s bus.
However, that did not deter Northern Ladies as they fought to secure a well-deserved point.
Torkudzor Fredrica’s long strike from the left flank found its way into the back of the net to give Northern Ladies the lead but Fabulous ladies found the equaliser through captain Aduaku.
Ampem Darkoa suffered a shock 2-1 defeat at the hands of Prisons Ladies. Abigail Tutuwaa broke the deadlock in the 29th minute for Ampem Darkoa before Rita Okyere made it two-nil on the stroke of halftime
Ampem Darkoa returned much stronger in the second half but could only score a consolation goal courtesy Ophelia Serwaa Amponsah as their unbeaten run came to an end.
At the Tamale Utrecht park, Pearl Pia ladies made it three straight wins following a 1-0 win against Kumasi Academy.
