The trial of Oscar Pistorius has been adjourned by the judge until tomorrow.
The South African Paralympian is accused of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on February 14 last year - a charge that the 27-year-old has denied.
Day one of the trial got off to a delayed start and heardfrom just one witness, who was a neighbour of Pistorious at the time of Steenkamp's death.
Following Ms Burger's lengthy evidence, the judge decided that the court would reconvene tomorrow morning at 9.30am.
If found guilty, Pistorious could spend the remainder of his life in prison.
