Kumasi Asante Kotoko were handed a 0-1 defeat by Heart of Lions at the Baba Yara Stadium on Wednesday. The Kpando lads scored the only goal of the game through a spot kick in the second half through defender Hudu Yakubu in the first ten minutes of play.

Meanwhile Kpando Hearts of Lions is the only team to have won an away match in the 22nd league fixtures of the First Capital Plus League and becomes the team to have beaten the defending league champions home and away in the onging league with just eight matches to end the season
